Yoga found Sarah Oliver in 2004 when triathlon training began to cause wear and tear injuries on a consistent basis. As a collegiate athlete, elite triathlete and USA Triathlon and Cycling certified coach, Sarah recognized the need to have balance in the mind and body in order to be consistently strong.

In 2008, she received her 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification through Sunstone Yoga in Dallas, TX, and has been teaching and continually learning ever since. Sarah teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Hot, Itsy Bitsy, and Restorative Yoga. She conducts a range of specialty workshops including: Yoga for Athletes, Ageless Yoga, Pilates/Yoga combo classes, and Guided Meditation classes.

With a B.S. in Health Promotion, encouraging and enabling others to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle is what Sarah is truly passionate about. Her passion for fitness doesn't stop with yoga. Being the Head Triathlon Coach with Greenville Cycling & Multisport, preparing endurance athletes of varying levels to reach their racing goals is a role she thoroughly enjoys. She is also a certified SPINNINGĀ® instructor and is certified in the STOTT PilatesĀ® method. She has experience providing Wellness Consulting services to businessses looking to improve the overall health and well being of their workforce.

Sarah's classes offer the opportunity to build physical and mental strength combined with the balance of finding ways to let go and relax. She focuses on working with her clients from the outside in so they may leave class feeling rejuvinated, stronger, and more at peace. Her ultimate goal is to encourage them to take their positive energy off of the mat and share it with others.
